By Social Programme Executive of Saigon Liberation newspaper, 399 Hong Bang Street, Ward 14, District 5, HCMC, Vietmark has supported 5 million VND to help the family of fishermen Truong Dinh Bay (in An Hai village, Binh Chau ward, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province, who was shot dead at 18:00 PM on 26-11-2015 while fishing in the fishing area of Truong Sa - Vietnam ).
