Program outline

Having heard about the reputation of Vietmark - a professional and enthusiastic teambuilding company, some friends and I took advantages of the weekends to participate into a teambuilding tour organized by Vietmark to learn more about this unique form of tourism. It was indeed a meaningful journey that only those who experienced see its excitement.

Being compared with the programs that Vietmark organized for big companies with several hundreds of tourists with a complex organizational scale, the teambuilding program that we just participated had more than 60 tourists. However, with those getting acquainted with teambuilding for the first time like us (as well as members of the company for whom Vietmark organized tours), it was an extremely memorable tour.

As the name of program “Race with the time”, the journey was so hot right from the first minutes when the organization board gave a message to each person to find out their team. There was no familiar-strange concept, but we had to quickly identify our teammates to start participating in the game.
 
In case of normal tours, we only get on a bus and... doze off to wait for arriving the destination. Meanwhile, with teambuilding tours, we have to move through many stages, applying all capabilities of judgment and taking advantage of every moment in order to able to arrive at the destination. During such journey, the teamwork spirit must be the first priority to achieve the best performance.
 
There are so many “first” things for participants: walking on end on the highway just because of missing a bus, abstaining from lunch due to fear of delay, saving to be able to arrive at the destination soonest with the most remaining money. Stepping away from daily office life, each member must be familiar with dust and wind along streets and self-experience his/her ability to cope with reality through challenging journeys to understand that the reward for winner is not only the material value! Team-building is not just traveling.
 
Team building is aimed at connecting individuals into a powerful collective and making each participant understand their ability to cope with the life through each tour. It is also the best environment to rub with the facts through the situations made.

 Mr. Do Tuan Anh – Director of Vietmark, said: “Even though its price is not cheap, teambuilding is still one of the top prioritized programs of companies thanks to its meanings when they want to organize a tour combining a useful training with tourism for their staffs.”
