All Vietmark services are conducted in the following areas:

Depending on the customer needs, Vietmark will advise which product is appropriate with their objective and budget. Vietmark commits to implement and follow the objectives set forth in a detailed prearranged agreement of working requirements and situation specifics. The objectives will be met regardless of the form or location of serving.

Vietmark products can be served separately or in combination with multiple messages or purposes. Please refer to the Vietmark product list.


All Vietmark products are characterized based on the needs below:

Group 1: Corporate team building

Product: To build solidarity and awareness of each position the member is working at within a department / team structure.
- When it is needed:
1. New department/committee/group/team is established.
2. Staffs begin working together in the office.
3. During a newly established project when project members are from different departments within the company.
- Objective: To get members in the new project to understand each other in their personality, working methods, way of thinking, and reaction at work.
- Benefit of Team building:
1. Short cut the time to get to know each other while creating a unique synergy that will be carried back to the working environment.
2. Bring members close to each other from the beginning.
3. Give them an environment to show their strengths, as well as their sensitive points.


Product:  Identify the strengths of each individual, sympathize with and make concessions to each other.
- When it is needed:
1. Team spirit is down due to personal disagreement.
2. Individuals do not accept or make concessions to other’s habits (such as: smoking, personal hygiene, speaking loudly in the room, makeup too thick, gossip, ect…)
3. When staffs become individualized and are not working well within a team environment.
- Objective: For individuals to recognize the strengths of their friends, the root of their actions, as well as those of people around them. From there, they can learn to sympathize with others and make adjustments in their own thinking.
- Benefit of the product:
1. Develops an environment where individuals can show their gifts and how their personality is different from what people often see at the office.
2. Develops an extraordinary environment compared to the office to help reduce personal barriers.  Through this they are able to have good memories and get closer to each other in office life.
3. To develop an openness that helps managers to be able to share freely about things that are difficult to communicate or talk about in a working environment.
4. Each participant is able to recognize themselves through others vantage points.
5. Each participant is able to get to know the character in different settings of their fellow colleagues.
Product: Build the pride of belonging to a major company and awareness of the impact each member has on the organization as a whole, regardless of the position they fill.
When it is needed:
6. The Company has extensive operations in many regions or countries.
7. Members who often work independently, though they are aware that they have colleagues who work in other regions, but have not met yet or rarely meet.
8. Impacted regional sections. (For instance: When sales or promotions in one region overlap to the neighboring region, customers compare activities and go outside to their territory for the product.  This often causes strife within the company as one region feels they are losing market share.)

- Objective
1. Each member becomes aware of the growth of the company.
2. Each member becomes aware of his or her role in general activity.
3. Develop association, strong attachment, and bond with their colleagues.
4. Strengthen company culture throughout the entire organization.
 
- Benefit of the product:
1. Creates an environment for members who live far from each other to meet together in a non-threatening setting to get to know each other better.
2. Creates a friendly environment to exchange information, specialized skills / experiences, and deal with urgent matters…
3. Facilitates understanding and helpfulness amongst staff members when they return to the company.
4. Promotes and encourages a network to exchange information within the company system unofficially, voluntary, and efficiently, (besides the official information system of company), by opening lines of communication between different tiers within the organization.

Group 2: Convey messages from management.

Product: Convey a new message from the leadership of your company or major department within the organization.
- When it is needed:
1. A change of strategy that needs to have the determination of all staff within the company to implement.
2. A change of characteristic that is no longer appropriate within the company culture.
3. To emphasize an attribute that needs adherence to but has not been heeded nor applied in past company culture.
4. To emphasize a strategy or decision that has not been carried out properly in the company as a whole or amongst the majority of the staff.
- Objective:
1. Awareness of the reasoning behind leadership’s decisions.
2. That each small team (department, committee, group…) becomes aware of the impact of this message/decision to the activities of their unit.
3. That each individual is aware of the significance of the message and applies or adjusts himself or herself appropriately to it.
- Benefit of product:
1. Creates an environment to convey the message creatively to help everyone to recognize the benefits as well as the ramifications if the message is not complied with.
2. Creates an environment where the staff is able to discover and make similar decisions. Through this, the team empathizes with the management board and implements the decisions on their own.
3. Creates a comfortable environment for positive communication to clearly and effectively pass on the message / decisions from higher leadership.
4. Acceptance is done happily and sympathetically.
5. Creates an environment that has rigorous and challenging activities that makes subsequent challenges at work easier and friendlier to deal with.

Group 3: Receive / collect feedback

Product: Collect feedback from staff about a policy or working environment.

- When it is needed: The management board wants to have objective opinions from staff or different departments within the company about a policy or working environment while the group is in a non-threatening relaxing atmosphere.
- Objective:
1. Each person or department to freely discuss current matters that exist in the working environment.
2. The management board to participate equally.
3. Suggestions are provided based on acknowledgment of the matter. This is done through creative simulations to gain a comprehensive view via testing and observation.
- Benefit of the product:
1. All feedback is collected throughout participation in activities.
2. Messages from staff are not only transmitted by words, but also by active, creative ways through problem solving games.
3. Produces methods that will help every member to recognize problems and solve them collectively by testing solutions while providing feed back to the management board.

Group 4: Test a new idea in simulations before applying them in reality
Product: Test on a large scale a new idea / operating model to evaluate possible outcomes and adjust it before applying it in the real world.
- When it is needed:  The management board wants to do a large-scale evaluation of a new idea / operating model to determine the possible outcomes before fully implementing into the system and make adjustments as needed.
- Objective:
1. Each person or department to discuss freely and openly about the newly anticipated idea.
2. The management board receives feedback and constructive criticism about the new ideas / methods and takes that into consideration.
3. Suggestions provided are based on acknowledgement of the matter with a comprehensive equal exchange of viewpoints.

- Benefit of the product:
1. Games are modeled so that everyone involved, (Leaders, managers, and staff) will be able to visualize the new business / management model before actually implementing it within the company.
2. Each person participating in the games is able to contribute in the reflection of what happened and describe the operating process of the new model or idea in how it relates to them.
3. Facilitates the transition into new methods while reducing risk through the benefit of simulation.

Group 5: Active and Healthy Entertainment

Product: Entertainment combined with the message that healthy exercise is necessary for life.
- When it is needed:
1. Annual company events taking advantage of a seasonally slow period, company birthday, family festival, major milestone, ect…
2. Stress relief after an intense focus of energy on a successful project.
3. Combine with quarterly and annually meetings of Head of departments / divisions as a means of strengthening the core of the company.

- Objective
1. Rest and relaxation
2. Getting back in touch with nature and traditional cultural values.
3. Promote physical activity and boost moral of all members through challenging and fun exercise games.
4. Create a friendly, lighthearted atmosphere within the company, especially between leaders and staff.

- Benefit of the product:
1. Restores the health and camaraderie within the company and promotes greater unity.
2. Creates an atmosphere where members can get to know each other better outside of the working environment.
